Sunday is a wonderful 6 year old female beagle. She is a true delight; quiet and easy going, eager to love and cuddle. Sunday's patience is quite remarkable. This little girl has been through a lot, arriving at the shelter VERY pregnant! As an older dog, we were concerned, but Sunday has done remarkably well!:) Sunday overcame hypoglycemia after giving birth, most likely as a result of poor nutrition during gestation, and has become stronger every day. She has been a wonderful mother to her puppies and a true friend to her foster parents! Sunday has a great knack for balancing play and exercise with quiet time and affection giving!:) I, as her foster mom, can't say enough about this endearing, sweet dog. She is a wonderful companion animal that will be a great addition to anyone's life.
Good News! Sunday has been chosen as our January Deb's Dog of the Month. The Deb's Dog of the Month Program will sponsor for her spay surgery and vaccines. Now Sunday can be offered at a sponsored adoption rate of $55.
