2011 Cause for Paws Charity Event UPDATE!
Cause For Paws 2011 was a noteworthy success! Over 230 people were in attendance at the Upfront & Company venue, all gathered to support & celebrate UPAWS. MC Doug Garrison led the event through a fantastic meal by Upfront, dessert by Joe's Cake's and live music by Bordertown. Cookie Favors created by the U.P. Gourmet Girl, red tulip centerpieces by Garden Bouquet & Design, elegant chair covers and black sashes donated by Ever After Decorating and an "Adopted in 2010" photo display of all the animals assembled by Pride Printing, all decorated the room beautifully.
Many awards/certificates were handed out and tons of great prizes (donated by many local and online businesses) were won! I would like to thank the "Cause For Paws" committee members for their hard work and time that they put in over the past several months to get this event together and all of the shelter employees/volunteers who worked together to make the event run as smoothly as it did. I would also like to thank everyone who attended and made this event so special!
