 UPAWS ‘Tee Up for Tails’ 

Our UPAWS ‘Tee Up for Tails’ fundraiser on June 3rd was one of the most successful ever. Seventeen teams came out to play at the Marquette Golf Club Heritage Course to support our shelter & have a good time. We appreciate everyone who participated in our golf tournament.

Local businesses helped out by sponsoring a tee sign & eight businesses were ‘Top Dog’ & tournament sponsors: Auto Armor/Auto Spa, Big Boy, Downtown EyeCare, Duquaine Plumbing & Heating, Jandrons Fine Jewelry,
Mares-Z-Doats, The Pet Stop and Super One Foods of Marquette & Negaunee. We also had a hole-in-one sponsorship donated by Fox of Marquette.
These businesses also support us in many other ways throughout the year, so they deserve an extra special thank you! We also had many wonderful donations for our silent auction & raffle-all part of a successful & enjoyable fundraiser.
