Update on Beamer

(submitted on April 22nd, 2009)

We adopted Beamer on April 3rd and we changed his name to Yenko. He is doing wonderful. When we took him out of the cat carrier he just stood still for about 40 seconds then he explored and quickly made our home his home. He is the perfect kitty for us. He follows us everywhere we go and he talks and is just so super sweet. He can be a little bad though, he opens drawers in the kitchen but he's learning that i dont like that and he does get into everything. I keep a clean house but he helps me keep it even cleaner because i cant leave anything out because he chews on it. We are so happy with him and within a year hopefully we can adopt a lady kitty for him. I think he would like to have a friend. Thank you all at the shelter for all the hard work you do. You all do a wonderful job and are very helpful.
