Just wanted to give everyone an update on Ralphie. It has been a week since he has been adopted and he is doing GREAT! I am so thankful to have been given the opportunity to adopt him. He brings so many smiles to our life and is very much loved. He is a very smart boy. He already knows his way around our house and is starting to perk up everyday. He still loves to nap next to your side tho! We have taken him for walks and he does great and seems to really enjoy them. He also had a vet checked that went well. His stitches came out of his eye and it is healing nicely. He is a healthy boy! My two cats which I also adopted from the shelter, are getting along with Ralphie just fine. Rags loves to lay next to him. My other cat Toonie isn't quite sure yet what to think and usually stands her distance. His foster mom, Lynn, still sees Ralphie and has been wonderful. She is his Grandma and has been so much help! Thanks to all the shelter staff who provide such exceptional care to all the others. It really is the best shelter around :) I will send some pictures real soon! Thanks again and I'm glad to have been able to give Ralphie a second chance. He definitely deserves it!!
