Jiggs (submitted on December 22nd, 2006) Kathy Chynoweth and Christina Leho came down to the Marquette County Humane Society from Hancock. They were all settled to look at kittens. However after much thought and visiting with many cats, Jiggs caught their eye! You see Jiggs was the featured cat of the day in the lobby. He was just hanging out for the afternoon like the "cool cat" that he is. Well, Kathy and Christina took Jiggs out to visit with him and it didn't take long for them to fall for Jiggs friendly laid back ways!
Jiggs will be living with a wondeful family that says he'll be spoiled and treated great. Jiggs was a skinnny stray who was underweight, starving and dehydrated when he was brought to the shelter. The shelter staff and volunteers were rooting for this affectionate boy to get a nice home and we think he hit the Jackpot! Jiggs will have to get use to a new doggie friend named Teddy Bear...but in time we think he'll adjust just fine! We're looking forward to a Jiggs update in the future!
Thank you Kathy & Christina and your whole family for giving this wonderful boy the second chance he deserved. Jiggs has gone from "Rags to Riches"!
The photo is of Kathy and Christina with Jiggs on the day of his adoption.
