Shadow (submitted on February 5th, 2007) I adopted Shadow in October of 2000 from the Marquette County Humane Society. She was the cutest pup. Shadow was left to fend for herself at the Marquette Tourist Park shortly after she was born in July. She was brought into the Humane Society in September. She was coming to the end of the road because she was there for over three months with a lot of possible adoptions but none went thru. I went in the Humane Society a week before I adopted her and I saw her in her pen and I fell in love with her instantly. I went back the following week to see if she was still there and she was. I knew then and there she would be a perfect addition
to our family. After an adjustment period of getting use to her surroundings and trusting her new owners she was the most lovable dog.
Today Shadow is a happy and healthy six year old dog. She loves to take car rides with her family, go for walks, visiting with family and friends, being brushed and pampered, being outside in her big back! yard checking out the sights and smells and chasing chipmunks and squirrels and enjoying being lazy and sleeping on the couch on her
favorite blanket and pillow. Shadow and her family thank the Marquette County Humane Society for bringing us together.
