Seeking Board Candidates

We are now seeking candidates for our Board of Directors to fill available positions. Becoming a board members can be one of the most rewarding experiences for an individual, but it also carries significant responsibility and involvement. Since UPAWS is a working volunteer board, we are looking for people who not only share our mission but are willing to invest their time and energy to further the work of our shelter. Board meetings are the fourth Monday of each month at 6 p.m. at the Peter White Library in Marquette. If you believe you have the “right stuff” to assist our shelter in support of our mission, please attend a meeting to see what we do.
